Where It All Began
Cheshire Head Spa began with my own experience of hair thinning and the challenges that came with it. While balancing family, children and work alongside serious health challenges, I noticed changes in my hair, my confidence and my overall wellbeing. Like many people, I searched for answers and tried products and treatments that focused on the outside, but often missed the bigger picture.
I realised that hair health is connected to so much more than what we see. Stress, lifestyle, nutrition, hormones and our nervous system can all influence how we feel and how our hair behaves. During my own journey, I discovered the powerful connection between scalp health, relaxation and holistic care. However, I felt something was missing. I wanted a place that combined genuine clinical knowledge with a calming, restorative experience. So I created Cheshire Head Spa.
A space where clients can receive expert scalp care while also taking time to relax, reset and reconnect with themselves.
Meet the Founder: Katie
Katie combines her knowledge of hair and scalp health with an understanding of the emotional impact that hair loss, stress and changes in confidence can have.
Her approach is calm, compassionate and highly personalised. She takes time to understand each client’s concerns, health history, lifestyle and goals before recommending a treatment plan.
Katie’s background allows her to consider the person as a whole rather than focusing only on the visible concern.
Whether a client is experiencing hair shedding, looking for professional scalp care or simply needs time to mentally and physically reset, every appointment begins with listening.
