Hair Restoration and Growth Treatments in Cheshire

Understand the cause. Support the scalp. Create a personalised plan.

Personalised, trichology-led support for hair thinning, shedding and scalp concerns.

Hair loss is rarely a one-size-fits-all concern. Stress, hormonal changes, illness, nutrition, weight loss, pregnancy, medication, genetics and scalp health may all influence the appearance and condition of your hair. At Cheshire Head Spa, we start by listening to your experience and examining your scalp before recommending treatment — combining detailed trichology-led assessment with a range of advanced scalp and hair restoration treatments, personalised around your concerns, history and treatment suitability.

Personalised Hair Restoration Treatments

PRP Hair Treatment

Platelet-rich plasma, commonly known as PRP, uses a sample of your own blood. The sample is processed to separate plasma containing concentrated platelets before being introduced into selected areas of the scalp. PRP may be recommended for suitable clients experiencing certain forms of hair thinning where the follicles remain active. A full suitability assessment is completed before treatment, and the procedure, possible side effects, aftercare and expected treatment course will be explained clearly.

Scalp Mesotherapy

Scalp mesotherapy involves delivering a selected professional solution into targeted areas of the scalp using controlled micro-injections. The product and treatment protocol are selected according to your individual scalp, health history and treatment goals. Mesotherapy may be used alone or combined with PRP, microneedling or red light therapy.

Scalp Microneedling

Scalp microneedling uses a professional device to create controlled microchannels within the scalp. The treatment may be incorporated into a personalised programme intended to support the scalp environment and improve the application of selected topical products. Treatment depth, frequency and accompanying products are determined following your consultation.

Red Light Therapy

Red and low-level light therapy uses selected wavelengths of light across the scalp without injections or significant downtime. It may be offered as a standalone treatment or used following PRP, mesotherapy or microneedling as part of a wider hair restoration programme. Treatment recommendations and frequency will depend on your individual assessment.

Hair Restoration & PRP Treatment FAQs

Hair changes may be associated with genetics, hormonal changes, illness, medication, stress, pregnancy, nutrition, weight loss or scalp conditions. Some clients may have more than one contributing factor.
A trichology consultation can help identify visible patterns and possible contributing factors. However, some concerns require blood testing, medical examination or referral to a healthcare professional.
Some people notice hair shedding while using weight-management medication. This may be associated with rapid weight loss, calorie restriction, nutritional changes or physical stress on the body. You should not stop or change prescribed medication without consulting the healthcare professional responsible for your treatment.
Significant or rapid weight loss may disrupt the hair-growth cycle, particularly when accompanied by reduced calorie, protein or nutrient intake. Shedding may become noticeable several weeks or months after the original trigger.

PRP uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from a sample of your own blood. It is introduced into selected areas of the scalp as part of a personalised treatment programme for suitable clients.

PRP may support existing follicles in suitable clients, but results vary. It cannot guarantee new hair growth or restore follicles that are no longer active.

Scalp mesotherapy uses controlled micro-injections to deliver a selected professional solution into targeted areas of the scalp. The product and treatment schedule depend on your assessment.
